Heavy Duty Hardware Laser Welding System

It consists of a laser, a chiller and a W-PCTS433 workbench. The worktable can realize four-axis (X, Y, Z, R) linkage, and can complete various plane and three-dimensional trajectory welding. With a CCD monitor, it can realize real-time observation of the welding process.

It is suitable for the welding of all kinds of hardware. It has an open structure, so it is also suitable for the welding of some larger work pieces.

Matching welding head: It can be matched with a galvanometer welding head and a set of matching vision system.

Matching laser: FP150, SFP150, SFM70, PB300, PB25, WF80.

Control method: industrial PC + motion control card.

Drive mode: servo drive (standard).

Motion platform: X, Y (2 sets), Z axis strokes are 400mm, 400mm*2, 100mm respectively; repeated positioning accuracy of the electric platform is ±0.02mm.

Maximum load: 30kg.
