Product Description

The system integrates automatic feeding module, pre-soldering CCD positioning, high-speed solder ball spraying welding module, post-welding AOI inspection, automatic unloading module, etc. With general or customized fixtures, it can realize solder ball spraying welding and AOI inspection for different types of products.

The system can produce up to 5 solder balls per second, which has the advantages of fast speed, stable tin amount, non-contact welding, and no flux. The self-developed fiber laser cooperates with the automatic nozzle alignment to realize high-speed focusing of the system, which saves the nozzle replacement time, and improves the nozzle life and accuracy of spray position. It is widely used in the 3C electronics industry for solder ball spray welding of precision machine parts.
