PHOTONICS CONGRESS CHINA is held concurrently with the LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA.On the afternoon of the 21st, Zhu Baohua, Dean of the Welding Light Sources Research Institute of the Precision Welding Division, will give you a keynote speech on the "Organization and Performance of AlSi10Mg Deposited by Semiconductor Laser Melting" at the PHOTONICS CONGRESS CHINA----the LPC 2019. Application of the whole industry chain brings multiple values

At this exhibition, we are launching a new product-----Mid-infrared plastic laser welding system, which uses penetration welding and is widely used in the welding of plastic products such as medicine, mobile phones, electronics, and auto parts, especially suitable for welding of two-layer materials with fully transparent or semi-transparent plastics, films and other materials.

The SFM200-Z fiber laser welding system on display adopts HAN'S new generation fiber laser, which has good beam quality, fiber transmission and high electro-optical conversion efficiency. It can be used for spot welding and continuous welding, and can achieve high-speed welding of any vector dot matrix graphics in the plane. The system is mainly used for metal connection and sealing.

We have brought a highly intelligent flexible welding solution-WFD1000 robot laser welding system. The system adopts highly flexible six-axis linkage, which can complete any trajectory and free position welding in space. The system has strong universality and expansibility, mainly used for laser welding of large and medium-sized sheet metal parts such as range hoods, ovens, integrated cabinets, sinks, TV frames, refrigerator doors, etc.

With laser as the starting point, we focus on expanding innovative applications across the entire industry chain. The WFD2500 semiconductor laser welding system we exhibited this time is very suitable for welding of stainless steel, aluminum alloy plate, pipe fittings, etc., as well as laser additive manufacturing of metal parts, bearing cladding and quenching.
